The staff at Moon & Sun Lisboa were very good with their service. A warm drink greeted us at check-in, and Joao's really good hospitality. The first room we had was a double room with an interior view, and it was clean and stylish. The hand-written welcome card and a slice of cake were lovely personal touches. The wrap-around French-style balcony was a highlight, offering very nice views of the city, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. Breakfast impressed with a variety of fresh juices, pastries, and eggs made to order. One aspect that could improve is the lingering cigarette smell in the initial room, which staff attempted to address but couldn't fully remove, leading us to stay in that room instead of switching. Though the room had a perfect ambiance, the smoke was a downside we hope gets resolved soon.

I had some issues with the air conditioning being shut off at odd hours, made for uncomfortable mornings. The lack of outlets near a mirror really complicates getting ready, and having to call the front desk for these small inconveniences felt unnecessary. The refrigerator in my room was not effective, disappointing.
